You have to be at least 16 years of age or older. You must be a US citizen with a physical social security number and card.

Items including in your tuition cost includes a uniform, background check, gait belt, stethoscope, blood pressure cuff and book. You may or may not need to be finger-printed for your background check.

You need to have a copy of a mantoux/TB test or chest x-ray that was completed less than 12 months prior to class start date. Bring your physical social security card with your state issued Driver's License or ID and notebook for notes. Closed toe shoes and a secondhand watch if available.

After you pay your tuition, you will receive an email from Cinematic Health to give you access to study materials. These sections must be completed prior to meeting in person. You will not be allowed to participate in skills if these sections are not completed.

You will find a testing location to schedule your state exam after completing all requirements for your training. This may be at your local college or university.

There may be tuition assistance available. Check with the Program Director. Payment plans options may be made available after signing a contract. Non-refundable deposit must be made in-order to secure your seat in class. All remaining tuition balances are due by the end of the first week after enrollment unless other arrangements have been made.
